Our Home Safety Assessment Packages include an initial assessment of the client’s mobility as well as the client’s home. We then discuss the results with the client to come up with a plan together as to how to be as safe as possible at home. The therapist will then order all adaptive equipment that the therapist and client agreed upon and assist in any planning of home modifications that the client wishes to pursue.
